Stunning views from the balcony.

Our stay was overshadowed by several issues. The wooden shutters in our room didn’t block the light properly, which made for uncomfortable mornings. Additionally, accessing our room involved climbing steep stairs with no lift, posing a significant challenge for my partner who has mobility concerns. We were really looking forward to a relaxing experience, but these obstacles dampened our enjoyment considerably.

No lift access means lugging bags up three flights of stairs!!! Soundproofing isn’t adequate. nightclub noise permeates the rooms late into the night!!!

Great location and amazing staff, but very dirty room with stains everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The sea view from our room was breathtaking, making our mornings even more special. The staff provided fantastic recommendations for local dining, ensuring a true taste of Crete. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway.

In my wife’s opinion, there could be more family-friendly activities available on-site.

The room had an incredible view of the Venetian Harbour and was beautifully decorated with modern rustic touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially during breakfast where the selection was vast and delicious.

Staying at the Elia in Chania was a good experience. The view from my Beautiful Room with Sea View and Balcony took my breath away. The staff provided really good service, especially during breakfast, though the lack of a lift was a minor inconvenience. I'll definitely return!

Loved this place! Our room had a stunning view of the harbor and was super cozy. The breakfast was delightful with such a variety of tasty options, and Anna made it even better with her warm vibes. Only thing, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped at times. Totally would come again!

I enjoyed the beautiful decor, combining modern rustic touches with traditional charm. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the breathtaking views of the Venetian Harbour from my room were the highlight of my stay.

It was just a proper fit for a city trip in Chania with all in all brilliant value for money. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay, making it a pleasant surprise. Be prepared for a lot of stairs if you're on the upper floors.

The view from our balcony looking over the harbor was absolutely breathtaking, it felt like we were in a movie. The staff was incredible, they even arranged breakfast specially for us when we left early for an outing, that kinda attention just makes the trip special.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for all we got.

The views from my Beautiful room with Sea View and Balcony were amazing, showcasing the iconic Venetian Harbor. Every morning felt magical as I sipped coffee on my private balcony, soaking in the vibrant colors of the sunrise. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, ensuring we felt pampered and taken care of during our entire stay.
